The minimum age to obtain any of our qualifications is 18 years old.

The main difference between the two is the amount of detail that is covered. The 1 Day EFAW course is best suited for people working in retail, corporate, education and low-risk sports environments.

However, our 3 Day FAW is the most detailed course we provide. It is most suitable for industries in a high-risk environment such as construction, manufacturing, sports and warehousing.

The 2-day First Aid re-qualification course is specifically for those with an expiring certificate who are looking to extend their certification without having to sit the 3 day First Aid at Work course. However, the Annual First Aid Refresher course is a half day course lasting 3 hours. People who hold a current certificate choose to undergo the course annually to freshen up on their First Aid skills, techniques and knowledge on the subject matter.

Within 3-5 days of passing the course, you should receive a certificate.
